Being a recent vertigo patient of Specialized Physical Therapy I can say without a doubt that you are going to the right place for treatment. When I started just a few months ago I was so sick I hadn't been able to leave my house for almost 2 months. I never realized how debilitating that vertigo can be. Paul and the staff are the BEST at what they do and their concern for their patients will give you confidence that you can get better. SPT has given me my life back! Thanks to All! Fabulous site! In 2003, Governor James E McGreevey signed legislation (S2004) into law February 13 making New Jersey the 36th state to provide patients direct access to physical therapists.
