Free Massage Policy
- Drawings performed monthly (1st Tuesday of each month)
- Offer available to new persons only
- Winner will be notified by contact information (address, phone, or email)
- Once contacted, winner will schedule free massage
- Free massage = thirty minutes
- Free massage can only be won once per person
- Massage is performed by a certified massage therapist.
- Potential benefits of free massage are, but not limited to, stress relief, pain relief, relaxation, and promotion of wellness.
- Massage therapist does not claim to diagnose or treat medical diseases/conditions.
- Massage therapist is an independent contractor of Specialized Physical Therapy, LLC. Persons receiving massage will not hold Specialized Physical Therapy, LLC liable for any adverse effects experienced from receiving a massage.
- Those persons eligible for a free massage are advised to communicate with their physician if they have any questions or concerns about receiving a massage.
- Gratuity for/tipping massage therapist is at the discretion of the person receiving massage.
